You’ve picked a good favorite song.
I’ve always loved LJG’s writing, the solo EP that came out around when New Wave did has a ton of great songs on it.
Gainesville actually gave me another favorite band, Hot Water Music (who’s drummer is now the AM! drummer, I think).

Holy shit. I’ve somehow missed out on this and Against Me(I was kinda lost musically around that time, as it was just before I started my journey through the blues a year later). Between the writing and reading up on LJG, I’ve got a new catalog to listen through.
